A real experience.
Great family ‘farm to table’ restaurant where you can pick your own meat. Wine selection very good also.
Very relaxed atmosphere, with lovely staff. The outdoor setting is also lovely.
Arrived without any reservation on a friday evening in early september. Excellent service and even though we arrived too early we got a hearty welcome. This is an absolute gem, allthough it might be a little bit more expensive compared to the average restaurant in the region it is well worth it. I shared antipasti of the house with my wife, we both had a good piece of meat (picanha and a huge entrecote), a bottle of white, a glass of red and two deserts and we had a bill of around 80€. I would certainly recommend to visit if you are nearby!
Great food experience for meat lovers. Charming location, professional staff.

I had read the reviews that the place was expensive but I wanted to try it anyway... now I confirm it is excessively expensive, I'll attach the receipt to give you an idea... anyway the meat wasn't cooked well, there were 4 of us, we took 4 pork ribs one of which arrived burnt and inedible considering how much they pay for it... other types of meat are always not cooked well in our opinion and not of excellent quality, tough meat... 2 very professional waiters but the rest are children playing at being waiters ...I recommend changing the menus because they are dirty, spread out and incomplete. I don't recommend it and we won't be back
It was a nice discovery because it was 4 steps away from my city. The environment is really clean but both times we really ate after too long... being in good company we didn't notice the passage of time but a 3 hour dinner in a place that was semi empty that evening is a lot. Plus there were some dishes that didn't arrive at all!
Place to avoid. Very expensive and inedible meat, specifically entrecote and horse steak costing 50 euros per kg and hard to put the best teeth to the test..... Absurd
Visited before the maximum turnout in August which this year it must be said is very small. Place immersed in the countryside. It all comes with a large stable with bulls, cows and more. Right near the entrance there is a parking area and also enclosures with ponies, horses and goats. Open buffet at 15 euros per plate (sticky as in the past. Typical) allows you not to wait for service and you don't have the feeling of slowness that you get when it's full. Typical products and appetizers. When the trays ran out they were promptly replaced, often with new products. Be careful, there is the person in charge who counts the plates you fill to make up the bill.
While savoring the appetizers, you can go to the butcher's counter and choose the cut of meat to prepare. It goes without saying that it is very fresh meat produced by them and is put back on the counter at least 3 times a day.
Good desserts as standard. Curiosity, sometimes the evening is animated by a small dog called Vasco who runs between the tables... in our case, a small discordant but also funny note, he went around with half a chicken in his mouth...
Dinner with 4 friends on Sunday 20 August '23. High prices for a quality, from starters to first courses, to some meat preparations, which left something to be desired.
The only positive note was the location, otherwise a total disappointment.
The meat is decent... but only that. We went to dinner with a group of friends and ordered the second course directly from the meat counter. Among this also the traditional bombette and gnommareddi. It's a shame that the former arrived partially charred and the latter never arrived. When we pointed this out to one of the room managers he told us that it was not possible, questioning our word. At that point I went to the lady who was in the butcher's shop to report what had happened.
To conclude, there is better, tastier, more courteous, for much less.
